27-year-old Major League Baseball midfielder Grady Sizemore III would be seen talking to the ‘Cleveland Plain Dealer’ on Sunday, complaining that more than one dozen of his pictures have been stolen and aired online. Grady who plays for Cleveland Indians, told the press that the pictures he took through his cell phone while standing before a bathroom mirror, were meant for his girlfriend only.
However, someone not only managed to steel the same from his girlfriend’s email but also aired the pictures wherein the fan favorite has exclusively posed for his significant other, exposing too much skin in some particular photos. The pictures were released on a Web site on Sunday morning for the first time and reportedly, the same Web site is still featuring them.
Grady continued to express his deep concern towards the serious matter and further informed The Plain Dealer that an appropriate legal action would soon follow. Millions of viewers would have already enjoyed the steamy slideshow and stored the same in their exclusive picture galleries.
According to the reports, the Major League Baseball investigators have been approached and they have already asked the Web site to take the show down. A self-explanatory message has been delivered, stating that the pictures are stolen stuff therefore in anticipation; the site is directed to preserve any data to avoid a criminal complaint and legal action.
